Lavender is a perennial requiring full sun and well-drained soil. Once established, it’s very drought-tolerant, and attracts loads of pollinators. Mature plant size varies - typically 2’ x 2’ for English (angustifolia), and 3’ x 3’ for French (intermedia). Flowers early summer. Known for its calming scent, lavender is also a magnificent flower cut or dried.
